摘　　要：随着机构创新设计理论的深入研究,出现了许多新型机构。这些创新机构一方面确保满足机械可靠性等性能要求,另一面能够降低设计成本,改善机械制造工艺。文章基于机构创新设计理论的研究基础和实际工程意义,研究型面联接结构和实际应用,针对双桶洗衣机执行部分的联接结构,进行结构对比设计、机械可靠性和设计成本分析,重新设计出方形型面联接。Deeping research on the organ creative design theory, the paper showed that these new organs not only can ensure the mechanical reliability requirement and so on, but also can reduce design costs and improve mechanical manufacturing technology. Based on research foundation of organ creative design theory and practical engineering significance, the paper redesigned a square shaped connection structure of double-tub washing machine.
