摘 要:电气操作票制度是电力系统运行管理中一种防止误操作的安全有效措施。根据县级调度中心的特点,设计了一个功能完备的电网调度操作票自动生成系统,同时将多智能体理论应用于操作票自动生成系统中,建立了多智能体模型。在此模型的基础上,重点研究了多智能体与SCADA系统之间的通信机制,研究了多智能体间的协作控制策略和通信协调机制,实现了多智能体间的协作开票功能,并将其应用于某县级调度中心。实践证明了该多智能体模型的有效性和实用性。The electric power system operation sheet is an effective security measure to prevent misoperation in China's electric power system operation and management.According to the characteristics of the county dispatch center,a fully functional automatic dispatching operation system of the power network is designed,while the multi-agent theory is applied and the multi-agent system(MAS) model is developed.On the basis of this model,the communication between the MAS and the SCADA system is studied and the multi-agent collaboration between the control strategy and communication coordination mechanism is highlighted.Through the coordination between agents,the sheet generating function is realized.The system has been used in a county dispatch center.Practice has proved that the multi-agent model is effective and practical.
