基于层次分析法的水气射流风机吸风量影响因素研究

摘  要:运用层次分析方法为影响水气射流风机吸风量的三个重要影响因素(水压、喉嘴距、管径比)建立层次分析模型,并根据决策判定量化原则,得出判断矩阵,最后计算出各个影响因素指标的权重。结果表明,水压对吸风量的影响最大,其次是喉嘴距,最后是管径比。该研究结果可以为水气射流风机设计过程中的优化决策提供理论性指导。Build the analytical model by the mean of analytic hierarchy process for the three important factors. water pressure, the distance between nozzle and throat in the tube, the ratio of the length and the inner diameter of the nozzle, which influence liquid jet fan' s suction amount. The judgment matrix was established by using the principle of decision quantification. And then, get the weight of all factors. The result indicates water pressure is the most important factor, the next is the length between nozzle and throat in the tube, and the last is the ratio of the length and the inner diameter of the nozzle. The research can provide theoretical directions for the design of liquid jet fan.
