摘　　要：矿井提升机的游动卷筒的铜瓦和主轴动配合表面采用润滑脂润滑,人工加注润滑脂时,若输送管路堵塞不易被发现,将导致缺润滑脂,而使铜瓦和主轴发生胶合。用购买的润滑脂泵进行了注脂试验,发现泵工作不可靠。为此研制了适用于矿井提升机润滑的高压润滑脂泵,通过偏心轴的旋转运动,转化为柱塞的直线往复运动,形成逐渐增大的吸脂腔和逐渐减小的排脂腔;偏心轴上设有对称布置的不完全齿轮,与旋转活塞上的齿轮啮合,由活塞实现吸脂口和排脂口的切换。根据润滑脂压力表的值判断输送管路导通情况,根据计量柱塞往复次数的计数器读数得出润滑脂的注入量,解决了铜瓦与主轴动配合表面缺润滑脂的现象,有效地防止了铜瓦与主轴胶合。The movable fit surface between the copper tile of floating drum and the spindle of the mine hoist adopts grease lubrication. Adding the grease by the artificial mode is difficult to find out the conveying pipeline blockage, so the scuffing of the copper tile and the spindle for the shortage of lubrication grease. After the experiments of injection grease by the grease pump,it is found that the pump is not reliable. To solve the problem, a high-pressure grease pump suited to the mine hoist is developed. By turning the rotation of the eccentric shaft into the reciprocating movement of the piston, the gradually increasing liposuction cavity and gradually decreasing drainage grease cavity are formed. The incomplete gear is symmetrically installed on the eccentric axis to engage with the gear on the revolving piston, so the switch between the injection month and ejection mouth is achieved through the piston. The situation of the conveying pipeline is judged by the value of the lubricant pressure gauge and the grease injection volume is calculated according to the number from the counter counting the reciprocal time of the piston, thus solves the lubrication grease shortage and prevents the scuffing between the copper tile and the spindle.
