摘  要:长沙电厂一期扩建工程2×600MW燃煤机组的锅炉为DG1900/25.4-Ⅱ1型超临界参数变压直流本生型锅炉,在机组调试、试运期间,普遍存在冲转时锅炉侧主蒸汽温度高、压力低的问题,与汽轮机要求的冲转参数不匹配,其主要原因是煤水比控制不合适。为此提出维持锅炉燃油量12t/h,退出给水流量低保护,给水流量降至160~290t/h,冲转时随机投入高低压加热器,给水温度提高到200℃以上,既解决了冲转时主蒸汽温度高、压力低的难题,又节约燃油,保证了机组启动安全、经济。DG1900/25.4- Ⅱ 1 supercritical variable-pressure once-through boilers were used in 2×600 MW Extension Project of Changsha Power Plant. During the commissioning and trial operation of power unit, too high temperature and low pressure are common at boiler side of main steam, mismatching with the required parameters. This mainly resulted from the improper control of coal-water ratio. The solution was proposed to solve the problems and save fuel oil, including keeping the fuel oil flow at 12 t/h, throwing the low feedwater protection out to lower the water flow to 160-290 t/h and throwing in the HP and LP heaters to increase the feedwater temperature to more than 200~(]. The result shows that the measures can guarantee the safe and economic start-up of power units.
