摘  要:针对由振动磨机、两级转子分级器、旋风分级器、布袋捕集器组成的超细粉体制备系统,采用模块化设计思想,开发了以 AT89S52为核心芯片,μC/OS-Ⅱ为实时操作系统的嵌入式测控系统。该系统应用多种传感器获取基础数据,选用12位 A/D 转换器 AD574,采用巡回检测方式,既实现了各参数实时、在线高精度测控,又具有很高的性价比。Aiming at the system for ultra-fine power preparation which is composed by the vibrating mill, two levels of rotor classifier, cyclone classifier and the cloth-sack trapping collector, an embedded measurement and control system is developed. In this system, the modularization de- sign thought is employed. The AT89S52 SCM is taken as the core chip and μC/OS-Ⅱ as the real- time operating system. In addition, the basic data are obtained by various sensors and the 12-bit A/ D converter AD574 is selected. By using the circulation detection mode, this system can not only realize various parameters tested in high accuracy and controlled in real-time, but also has a fairly high cost performance.
