摘 要:为解决由于系统复杂所导致的烟气再循环系统内部积灰严重、运行维护工作量大等问题,在2650t/h锅炉上进行了现场针对性试验。试验对比了正常投运烟气再循环系统和采用二次风代替再循环烟气2个工况下的锅炉热效率、NOx排放、受热面壁温等参数。试验表明:采用二次风代替再循环烟气后,锅炉热效率平均上升了0.459个百分点,NOx排放平均下降了123.2mg/m3,再热蒸汽喷水量下降了11.43t/h,年节约费用约772.7万元。总结出采用二次风代替再循环烟气是当前烟气再循环系统的最佳运行方式。To solve the problems resulted from complexity of system, such as the serious ash accumulation and heavy workload in operation and maintenance, a test was made on the 2 650 t/h boiler. The boiler efficiency, NOx emission and heating tube temperature were compared between two conditions, i. e. the gas recirculation system in normal operation and the system with the recirculation gas replaced by the secondary air. After the secondary air replacing the recirculation gas, the boiler efficiency increased 0.459%, NOx decreased 123.2 mg/m^3, the RH spray water decreased 11.43 t/h and 7.727 million Yuan would be saved per year. The results showed that the system with recirculation gas replaced by the secondary air is one of the optimum operation modes for the existing gas recirculation system.
