摘  要:节约用水,提高水资源的利用率是当今火电厂设计的一个重要课题。空冷机组的工业水、辅机冷却水的耗水量相对湿冷机组较少,采用城市再生水是比较好的一种方案。由于城市再生水固有的水质特性,选用合适的水处理工艺,以达到节约投资、安全运行的目的是工程设计的关键点。对空冷机组工业水、辅机冷却水采用城市再生水时所采用的6种深度处理方案进行论述和比较,对石灰处理方案与生物加强超滤方案进行分析论证,并详细介绍生物加强超滤方案中浸没式超滤系统的设计要点。Saving water and improving the water resource utilization has become an important subject for the design of thermal power plants. Compared with water-cooling power units, the consumption of auxiliary cooling water (ACW) and service water in air-cooling power plant is much lower in air-cooling power units, for which the municipal reclaimed water is more favorable in air-cooling power plant. Considering the inherent characteristics of reclaimed water, it is the key in engineering design to select suitable water treatment process for cost reduction and safe operation. Using reclaimed water as ACW and service water in air-cooling power plants, six advanced treatment processes were discussed and compared, especially the lime treatment and MBR process. The key points in design of immersion uhrafihration system in MBR process were presented in detail.
