摘 要:为改变纱线结构,使其具有良好外观效果、保健功能性纤维及服用舒适性优良的纤维覆盖于纱线的外层以提高产品的服用效果,提出一种新型复合纺纱技术——差速复合纺纱技术。简要说明实现该新型纺纱技术的关键机件改造方案,分析了该纺纱方法的纺纱原理、成纱的工艺过程和成纱的优点。进行了纺纱试验,并分析了纱线的结构特征。认为,差速复合纺纱方法可以有效地控制纤维在纱线横截面内的分布,从而充分发挥优良纤维性能,提高纺织产品使用性能和附加值。Yarn appearance could be changed better through changing yarn structure. Health-care and comfort fibre were covering yarn surface to improving product wearing effects. A new type of spinning technology——different speed complex spinning technology was put out. Modifying methods of key elememt in applying the new spinning technology were introduced, the spinning principle, processing process of yarn formation and yarn formation advantages were analysed. Spinning tests were carried out and yarn structurial traits were analysed. It is considered that fibre distribution in yarn cross section could be controlled well in different speed complex spinning, then fibre property could be made full use, property and additional value of textile products could be improved.
