摘　　要：为解决细纱压力棒隔距块使用中出现的牵伸不开"出硬头"的问题,对产生机理及原因进行了分析。通过采用小粗纱捻系数、大后区罗拉隔距、大后区牵伸倍数的"一小两大"工艺配置,加强设备维修和专件管理,加大操作管理力度,合理控制温湿度等措施,有效解决了牵伸不开"出硬头"的问题,较好地发挥了压力棒隔距块降低条干CV值的作用,稳定和提高了产品质量。To resolve the problems of draft in applying spinning press bar spacer, the principle was analysed. Through adopting less roving twist factor,larger roller gauge in back zone, larger draft multiple in back zone, strengthening repairing equipments and managing special accessories,reinforcing operation and management, controlling temperature and humidity rationally et al, the draft problems Could be resolved. Effect of using press bar decreasing CV value was done well and product quality were stabled and improved.
