摘  要:测试水溶性聚酯浆料的物理性能,并与PVA进行对比。通过测试聚酯浆料的粘度、浆膜水溶性、浆液粘附力及生物降解性等性能指标,认为水溶性聚酯浆料具有以下特点:水溶性好,粘度较低,适合"两高一低"的上浆工艺路线;与纯涤纶纱有较好的粘附性,能够取代丙烯酸类浆料和PVA用于经纱上浆;退浆废液对环境污染较小。对两种浆料分别进行了红外光谱分析。Physical properties of water-soluble polyester size nlixtme were tested and contrasted with FVA. Through test and comparing the property indexes of polyester size mixture including viscosity, water-soluble of size mixture film, sizing adhensity and biodegradability, it is considered that the polyester size mixture possesses better water-soluble and lower viscosity. It is Suitable to adopt processing of higher concentration & higher squeezing pressure & lower viscosity. The size mixture have better adhesion to pure polyester yarn and could replace. Acrylic size mixture and PVA. Desizing liquid waste is less polluting to environment.
