摘 要:以改性的石油树脂为原料,采用常压转相乳化法制备了可用于浆内施胶的石油树脂乳液。研究了物料用量、乳化剂、阻聚剂、温度、搅拌速度等因素对产品性能的影响;确定了最佳反应工艺条件:马来酸酐和石蜡用量分别为改性树脂质量的8%和6%,复合乳化剂中,m(阳离子乳化剂):m(非离子乳化剂)=1.5:1.0,复合乳化剂用量为改性树脂质量的8%,阻聚剂用量为石油树脂质量的0.08%;马来酸酐与石油树脂的加成温度为180℃左右,乳化温度为150~160℃,转相温度为90~100℃。Petroleum resin emulsion for internal sizing was prepared by emulsifying modified petroleum resin with phase inversion process under normal pressure. The effects of raw material addition levels, emulsifying agent, inhibitor, temperature, stirring speed on the properties of the emulsion were discussed. The optimized process conditions of production are as follows: the addition levels of maleic anhydride and paraffin wax are 8% and 6% based the modified petroleum resin, respectively; the ratio of cationic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier is 1.5 : 1.0 while the total amount of emulsifiers and inhibitor is 8% and 0.08% based on the modified petroleum resin, repectively; the addition reactions temperature of maleic anhydride and petroleum resin is around 180℃; the emulsifying temperature is 150 - 160 ℃ while the phase inversion temperature is 90 - 100 ℃.
