摘　　要：为了提高在任何时候、任何货量以及任何地点货运请求的快速响应能力,设计了基于MAS(multi-agent system)的协同服务平台。该平台将物流任务以项目招标方式进行分解、合成和发布,保证承运商间的协同运作;通过结合关联承运商企业特征的报价策略,避免了求解网络竞标过程中的NP问题,提高了网络平台的求解速度。A synergy service platform based on MAS, is designed to improve quick response ability necessary for implementing logistic task at any time, any amount and any places. The main character of the platform is as follows： firstly, logistics tasks in the platform are converted into project tender by disassembling, combining and issuing, thus to guarantee the cooperation among carriers. Secondly, multi-property NP problem is avoided during network-bidding by utilizing offering policy associated with carriers＇ business behavior. It proves that the platform is improved in the solution rate.
