摘　　要：目的观察社区护理干预对社区老年高脂血症患者的影响。方法2006年3月．2007年5月对87例60岁以上（含60岁）且血脂异常的老年患者采取护理干预，包括建立健康档案、上门家访和电话随访、进行合理用药指导、体格检查、发放健康教育知识手册等，于干预前后分别进行体检，采集静脉血检测患者胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）。结果护理干预前后14个月患者’rC、TG和LDL．C比较，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；HDL-C水平略有升高，但无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论实施社区护理干预可有效地提高老年患者的自我保健意识和保健能力，降低患者血脂水平，改善患者身体状况，从而达到提高生活质量的目的。Objective To discuss the effects of community nursing intervention on hyperlipidemia in aged patients. Methods 87 aged patients with hyperlipidemia were given community nursing intervention. The level of serum total cholesterol （TC） , triglyceride （TG）, high dense lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low dense lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were investigated before and after community nursing intervention. Results The level of TC, TG and LDL-C significantly decreased after community nursing intervention. There was a significant difference before and after the intervention （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; and the level of HDL-C increased after community nursing intervention, but the difference was not significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Community nursing intervention is a effective method for hyperl/pidemia.
