摘　　要：为了改变"以药补医"的不合理补偿机制,国内外医疗机构多采用"医药分家"政策,事实证明,该政策弊大于利。介绍了镇安县村级医疗机构实施的"医药分离"模式并分析了其对次均就诊药品费用、医疗费用以及药品费用占医疗费用比例的影响,认为该模式能够降低药品价格、减少医疗费用支付,值得借鉴和推广。In order to eliminate the mechanism where income of hospital come from drug sales, domestic and overseas hospitals implement the policy of separating pharmacies from medical institutions which bring more harm then good. To introduce the policy of eliminating the physicians＇ profit from drug which is implemented in village medical institution in Zhen＇ an county. After analysing the influence of drug expenditure, medical expenditure and the proportion of drug expenditure in medical expenditure by the policy of eliminating the physicians＇ profit from drug, we get the conclusion that the policy of eliminating the physicians＇ profit from drug in Zhen＇ an county can reduce the price of drug and lessen medical expenditure. It＇s worth to learn from the policy and promote it.
