免疫多糖对受免草鱼免疫应答的调节作用  

Infulence of Dietary Immunopolysacchride on Resistance of Grass Carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) against Flavobacterium columnare

摘　　要：在饲料中添加定量的免疫多糖,投喂经注射接种福尔马林灭活的柱状黄杆菌(Flavobacterium co-lumnare)菌苗的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)28 d后,通过测定供试鱼的增重量、血清中凝集抗体效价、溶菌酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性、血清总蛋白含量、白细胞吞噬活性以及活菌攻毒后的免疫保护率,探讨了免疫多糖对受免草鱼免疫应答的增强作用。结果表明,用添加200.0 mg/(kg.d)免疫多糖的饲料投喂受免草鱼,不仅可以使受免草鱼对灭活柱状黄杆菌的免疫应答水平提高,增强抵抗柱状黄杆菌人工感染的能力,而且还具有一定的促进生长和改善肝功能的作用。Grass carp, Ctenopharyngodon idellus were inoculated with formalin killed Flavobacterium columnare and were fed with feed supplemented with appropriate amount of immunopolysacchride. 28 days after the inoculation, the infulence of dietary immunopolysacchride on the resistance of grass carp against Flavobacterium columnare were determined by examing their gained weight, agglutinating antibody titer, lysozyme activity, phagocytic activity and by challenging with live F. columnare. The results showed that adding immunopolysacchride with a ratio of 200. 0 mg/（kg·d） into the feed of grass carp can upgrade the immune response level, strengthen their resistance to F. columnare as well as improve their liver function and prompt their growth to some degree.
