摘  要:运用传统形态学方法和框架分析法分析了斑鳜、翘嘴鳜及其杂种(翘嘴鳜×斑鳜)的形态差异。可数性状中,腹鳍棘数、腹鳍条数、臀鳍棘数在3种鳜中都一致,对其他可数性状进行卡方检验,结果表明:斑鳜与杂交鳜只有在臀鳍条数目上存在显著性差异,其他可数性状差异不显著,斑鳜与翘嘴鳜、翘嘴鳜与杂交鳜之间差异显著或极显著。对可数性状和框架数据进行聚类分析、判别分析和主成分分析,并计算欧氏距离,结果显示:杂交鳜在形态上较接近于其父本斑鳜,在头部和尾部继承了更多翘嘴鳜的特征。Mandarin fish is of great importance in the aquaculture of Guangdong Province,which has high value for food, and is welcomed by consumers from many countries. So the price of the fish is very attractive to cultrist. But, the severe disease,prevalent in recent years, hampered the development of the aquaculture. Breeding disease-resistant strain is a good way, so we hybridized Siniperca chuatsi and S. scherzeri, and the hybrid species, as expected, expressed good capability in disease resistant and improved survival rate. In this study, the morphological variations of S. chuatsi and S. scherzeri and their hybrid offspring (S.chuatsi ×S.scherzeri)was analyzed using traditional morphometrics and the truss network analysis. As meristic characters, the numbers of pelvic fin spines, pelvic rays, anal fin spines were consistent in these three species, and the chi-square analysis of meristic characters showed high significant differences between S. chuatsi and S. scherzeri and between Siniperca chuatsi and the hybrid, no significant differences between Siniperca scherzeri and the hybrid except the anal fin rays in which a high significant difference was observeed. Cluster analysis, discriminant analysis and principal component analysis were applied to the measurable character data and the truss network data, and the Euclidean distances between and within these three species were also computed. The results indicated that the hybrid resembled S. scherzeri but inherited more characters at the cephalic and caudal parts from S. chuatsi. This study will provide basic data for the hybrid breeding work, species identification and administration of wild resources.
