摘  要:采用双垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对李属(PrunusL.)植物的6个分类群及其近缘种杏和欧洲稠李共8个分类群进行了等位酶遗传多样性和种间亲缘关系分析。通过对11个酶系统的检测,在16个位点上共检测到72个等位基因,位点最多等位基因数为9,在6个分类群共发现21个稀有基因;李属植物遗传多样性比较丰富,8个分类群的遗传多样性参数中每位点平均等位基因数(A)、多态性位点的比率(P)和平均预期杂合度(He)分别为2.0、57.1%和0.42;李属植物较其它长寿木本植物种间遗传分化水平高(FST=0.156);本研究结果支持欧洲李与黑刺李的亲缘关系比与樱桃李的亲缘关系近的观点。Allozymic genetic diversity of six taxa of Prunus L.,together with its two close species (Padus racemosa and Armeniaca sp. ) was investigated by using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electro- phoresis. A total of 72 alleles were detected at sixteen loci of the 11 enzyme systems with the largest number of nine at locus Cat-1. Twenty-one rare alleles were found in six taxa sampled in the study. The results revealed that plum accessions had relatively high levels of genetic diversity, with mean number of alleles per locus A = 2.00, percentage of polymorphic loci P = 57. 1%, and mean expected heterozygosity He = 0. 420. The relative magnitude of differentiation among taxa is significantly higher than those of other long lived woody plants (Fsr =0. 156). The results supported that P. domesitica L. is more genetically close with P. spinosa L. than that with P. cerasifera Ehrh.
