摘 要:在水分胁迫下将麻栎接种菌根化幼苗与未接种苗的耐旱性进行对比试验。结果表明:随着水分胁迫的加剧,接种菌根化幼苗比未接种苗的土壤含水率、光合色素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、幼苗含水率、根系活力下降幅度低,但根系质膜相对透性,丙二醛含量上升幅度前者比后者小。此结果说明菌根化幼苗比非接种苗抗旱性强。In this paper, experiment of drought tolerance in mycorrhizal fungi seedlings and uninoculated seedlings of Quercus acutissima carr were studied contrastively under water stress. The results showed that: with the aggravation of water stress, the descending range of soil water content, the chlorophyll content, the activaty of NR, the root activity and seedlings water content of mycorrhizal fungi seedlings were lower than the uninoculated seedlings, but the ascending range of the permeability of membrane and MDA content was that the former were smaller than the latter. It was indicated that characteristics of drought tolerance of mycorrhizal fungi was stronger than that of uninoculated uninocotion.
