摘　　要：Struts,Spring及Hibernate是现在J2EE开发中的主流应用框架,文章介绍了这三种框架的工作原理,并将它们整合协调在一起设计了电信行业通信设施安全保障管理系统,为电信行业提供报表管理、消防管理、要害管理等服务,优化电信行业对通信设施的管理模式。Struts, Spring and Hibernate are the main framework of exploit of J2EE. The paper explains the operating principle of the three frameworks. And it designs the safety control management system in the means of communication in telecom industry. And it provides the services of report management, fire management, key management and optinxizes the management system to the means of communication.
