摘　　要：论述了研制内燃机车单司机值乘视频安全监视系统的必要性,介绍了该系统的设计原则和解决的关键技术问题,并描述了该系统的结构、工作原理和功能特点。在单司机值乘的内燃机车上安装该系统,是现阶段单司机值乘内燃机车安全运行的需求,是保证单司机值乘的内燃机车正常、安全运行的关键。The paper discusses the necessity of research and development about Video surveillance system of single driver controlling Diesel locomotive, introduces the principle of design and the key technical problem of resolve about the system, and describes the structure and the working principle, the function and characteristics of the system. It is necessarg for the safe movement of Diesel locomotive with single driver currently to install this system on Diesel locomotive, the key of circulating of normal with safety of Diesel locomotive with single driver.
