摘　　要：分析了建筑物电气装置安全防护中各类保护实施时相互间的关联和影响。重点分析了在TT系统实施过电压保护时的两种保护模式——"3+1"模式和"4+0"模式的优劣。阐明了标准中推荐的"3+1"模式是较可行的。The mutual relationship and influence of all kinds of protection in the safety protection of building electrical equipment were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of two modes of over voltage protection in TT system,＂3 ＋ 1 ＂mode and ＂4 ＋ 1 ＂mode, were analyzed. It was expounded that ＂3 ＋ 1 ＂mode which was recommen- ded in standard was feasible.
