摘　　要：通过对东北红豆杉不同基质、不同蘸根处理扦插试验研究,结果表明,以1年半木质化的枝条为插穗,以河沙+草炭土为基质,速蘸质量分数为1.0×10-3的吲哚丁酸,生根率达95%,移栽成苗率77%,为东北红豆杉繁殖提供科学方法。Cutting tests of Taxus cuspidate with different substrates and root-dipping were conducted. The result shows that taking 1-year-old half-lignified branch as cuttings,and taking riversand ＋ peat soil as substrates ,rooting rate of indole butyric acid （IBA） whose quick-dipping mass-fraction is 1.0 × 10^-3 is 95%, and its transplanting seeding rate is 77%.
