摘　　要：介绍了硼砂盐浴渗钒的基本原理和工艺方法以及渗层的性能,通过本工艺得到的碳化钒渗层具有高硬度、高耐磨性、耐腐蚀等优点。在拉深模、挤压模、冷锻模等冷作模具上广泛应用,可大幅度地提高工模具寿命。The principle and process of borate bath vanadatizing, and the properties of the vanadium carbide-infiltrated layer were stated. The infiltrated layer has advantages in hardness, wear-resistant and erosion-resistant performance. The application of the technique in cold work dies like drawing die, extrusion die and cold forging die will greatly enhance the tooling and die life.
