摘  要:目的探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)监测2型糖尿病亚临床症状期听功能状况的价值。方法对纯音听阈正常的32例(64耳)2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及30例(60耳)正常人(对照组)行DPOAE测试,分析检测结果。结果在各频率点,糖尿病组的DPOAE幅值均比对照组低(P<0.05),DPOAE检出率仅在4 kHz6、kHz 2个频点糖尿病组比对照组低(P<0.05),余各个频点均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论DPOAE可早期检测到耳蜗外毛细胞功能状态的改变,临床上可作为2型糖尿病患者耳蜗功能早期变化的有效监测手段。Objective It is to explore the value of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) for the detection of auditory function in sub-clinical symptom stage in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 32 patients (64 ears) with type 2 diabetes whose pure-tone hearing threshold was normal and 30 healthy persons (60 ears) were given DPOAE test. Then the results were analyzed. Results On every frequency points, DPOAE amplitudes of diabetes group were all lower than that in control group( P 〈 0.05). Only on the frequency points of 4 kHz and 6 kHz, the detection rate of DPOAE in diabetes group was lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the rate among other frequency points(P 〉0.05). Conclusion DPOAE can detect early change of cochlear outer hair cell function, so it can be used as an effective index for detecting early changes of cochlear function in patients with type 2 diabetes.
