摘　　要：目的了解重庆市部分非医学高校学生性行为、性观念及性知识知晓情况,为开展大学生性健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用现场匿名填写问卷方式进行调查,内容包括性行为、性观念、性知识等。结果700名在校大学生中,在性行为中,认同婚前性行为的占67.2%,有过性行为的达28.3%;初次性行为主要集中在大一、大二,未采取避孕措施的占25.8%。对人工流产危害产生的后果全部都知道的占20.6%。结论大学生婚前性行为发生率高,性观念较为开放,安全意识淡薄,对大学生进行性健康教育十分紧迫。Objective To investigate the situation of sexual behavior, sexual concept, and sexual knowledge among some college students in Chongqing, and to provide a scientific basis for sexual health education for university students.Method Sexual behavior, sexual concept, and sexual knowledge of college students were investigated by filling out anonymous questionnaires. Results Among the 700 investigated college students, 67.2% of them accepted premarital sex, and28.3 % of them had engaged in premarital sex. Freshman and sophomore having sexual behavior first time was the most common, 25.8 % of them did not have any contraception measures. 20.6 % of them knew complications caused by induced abortion. Conclusions The college students have high incidence of premarital sex, their sexual attitudes are more liberal, and lack of safety awareness. Sexual health education for university students is very necessary.
