摘  要:为研究活性炭吸收烟气中单质汞的吸附机理和提高其吸附能力的方法,对3种原始活性炭和载硫改性后的活性炭在氮气气氛下进行了汞吸附性能试验.结果表明:经水蒸气活化法制备的椰壳活性炭和杏壳活性炭对单质汞的吸收主要为物理吸附,吸附效果较差;而经氯化锌化学法制备的木质活性炭由于表面残存Cl元素,对单质汞的吸收表现出化学吸附的特性,吸附性能较好;经200℃和600℃渗硫改性后的活性炭,其汞脱除效率均得到提高,且渗硫的温度越高,其吸附能力越好.In order to study the mechanism of flue gas elemental mercury adsorption of activated carbon and enhance its adsorbability, mercury adsorbabilities of three original activated carbons and their sulfurized products were tested under an atmosphere of nitrogen. Results show that adsorptions of activated carbon of coconut shell and apricot shell prepared by water vapor are mainly physisorption and their absorption efficiencies are low; whereas adsorption of wood-based active carbon prepared by zinc chloride chemical method is considered as chemisorption because of remnant chlorine element, and its absorption efficiency is fairly high. Mercury removal efficiencies are all improved after activated carbons are impregnated with sulfur at 200℃and 600℃. With temperature rising in sulfurizing, their mercury adsorbability become better.
