摘 要:应用数量统计方法对引种的野生达乌里胡枝子8个居群的13个形态特征进行了研究。结果表明,除节间距、总叶柄长、小叶柄长和结荚数4个性状外,其余性状在居群内或居群间都表现差异显著;以13个性状为基础的聚类分析将所研究的8个居群分为3类;主成分分析结果显示,第1主成分反映营养器官的特点,第2主成分反映营养器官和生殖器官的特点,第3主成分反映生殖器官的特点,均是造成达乌里胡枝子形态变异的因素。Morphological variation of Lespedeza davurica was studied with the method of numerical statistics. Results showed: Inter-/intro-population variation occurred significantly in most morphological characters except for internode length, common petiole length, petiolule length and number of pods. Cluster analysis based on the morphological characters showed that the population of L. davurica was divided into 3 parts. Principal component analysis showed: The first principal component reflected the characteristic of vegetative organs, the second principal component reflected the characteristic of vegetative organs and reproductive organs, and the thir whi d principal component reflected the characteristic of reproductive organs, all of these were main factors ch resulted in morphological variation of L. davurica.
