摘  要:目的:观察不同部位电针对痉挛模型大鼠脊髓抑制性氨基酸甘氨酸(Gly)和兴奋性氨基酸天门冬氨酸(Asp)的影响,以比较不同部位电针治疗痉挛的差异及氨基酸作用机理。方法:运用电损毁内囊方法造成大鼠痉挛模型。针督脉组电针"大椎"、"脊中",针患侧组电针患侧肢体"曲池"、"阳陵泉",针健侧组电针健侧肢体"曲池"、"阳陵泉",治疗3天,运用毛细管电泳仪测试脊髓甘氨酸(Gly)和天门冬氨酸(Asp)的含量。结果:(1)针督脉组、针患侧组、针健侧组甘氨酸含量均较模型组明显提高(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。(2)针督脉组、针患侧组、针健侧组天门冬氨酸含量均较模型组明显降低(P<0.05,或P<0.01),针患侧组天门冬氨酸含量较针督脉组和针健侧组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针对痉挛的治疗作用可能与其调节脊髓内抑制性和兴奋性氨基酸的含量,使之恢复至正常状态有关;且针患侧组较其它组效果更显著。Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture therapy in different location on the content of Gly and Asp in spinal cord of spasmodic model rats,so as to compare the diversity of different electro-acupuncture and the mechanism of amino acids.Methods: The spasmodic model was established through internal capsule destruction by electricity.Then,the following points were electro-acupunctured for 3 days: DU 14 and DU 6 in DU Meridian Group,LI 11 and GB 34 in Injured Side Group,LI 11 and GB 34 in Uninjured Side Group.The content of Gly and Asp of spinal cord were determined by Capillary Electrophoresis System.Results: 1.The Gly contents of DU Meridian Group,Injured Side Group and Uninjured Side Group were increased obviously than that of Model Group(P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).2.The Asp content of DU Meridian Group,Injured Side Group and Uninjured Side Group were decreased obviously than that of Model Group(P〈0.05,or P〈0.01).The Asp content of Injured Side Group was decreased much more obviously than that of DU Meridian Group and Uninjured Side Group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: The effect of electro-acupuncture therapy on spasm is possibly concerned with the regulation of the content of inhibitory amino acid and excitatory amino acid,so as to restore different amino acid to the normal level.The effect in Injured Side Group is more obvious than that of other groups.
