摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定核黄素磷酸钠有关物质的方法。方法:采用Dikma Diamonsil TMC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.054mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长267nm,柱温为40℃。结果:核黄素磷酸钠在8.0~60.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=7),精密度试验RSD为0.6%(n=5),最低检出量为2ng。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,能满足核黄素磷酸钠质量控制的要求。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining related substances in riboflavin sodium phosphate. METHODS Chromatographic conditions included Dikma DiamonsilTM C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm ) column, and the mobile phase was methanol - 0. 054 mol/L KH2PO4 ( 15: 85 ) , the flow rate was 1 ml/min. Detecting wavelength set at 267 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. RESULTS A good linearity was obtained from 8.0 to 60.0 μg/ml of riboflavin sodium phosphate (r =0.999 8, n =7), RSD was 0.6% ( n =5), The LOQ was 2 ng. CONCLUSION This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. it an be used to control the quality of riboflavin sodium phosphate.
