摘　　要：目的:探讨髋臼骨折的手术治疗方法。方法:对14例髋臼骨折采用切开复位AO重建钢板内固定术治疗。结果:随访14例,优8例,良好3例,尚可3例,总优良率78.5%。结论:AO重建钢板内固定术治疗髋臼骨折,能较好地防止骨折畸形愈合和恢复骨盆形态及下肢活动功能。Objective ：To investigate the techniques in surgical treatment of acetabular fractures. Methods： 14 acetabular fracture patients with dislocation were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by using surgical AO reconstructive plate. Results ： Follow-up of the total 14 cases suggested that 78.5 % recovered , among whom 8 got excellent recovery, 3 were in good condition and another 3 with fair results. Conclusion ： Surgical AO reconstructive plate may prevent fracture location from malunion with good fixation of pelvic shape and rehabilitation of lower extremities in treatment of acetabular fractures.
