摘　　要：重点讨论实施MRPⅡ组织者人选问题。介绍了MRPⅡ的基本特点后，详细分析了实施MRPⅡ组织者角色误区的种种表现，最后提出了工业工程师是实施MRPⅡ组织者的最佳人选，并给出了具体评价。The main topic of this paper is the role of persons selected for implementing MRPⅡ. First of all, the basic characters of MRPII are introduced. Then various mistake manifestations in selecting organizers for MRPⅡ implementation are analyzed in detail. Finally, the suggestion that industrial engineers are the best selection of persons for implementing MRPII and evaluations of this view are offered.
