摘　　要：黑龙江上游多年来形成大小冰坝几十次,期间正常的水文检测无法进行。为掌握冰坝期间的出流量,文中介绍了采用建立拟测站与下游站水位相关曲线,再利用切割水位的方法进行流量推求,解决了冰坝期间测量难的问题。These years, dozens of ice dams in different sizes had formed in the upper reaches of Heilong River, which has influenced normal hydrological testing. In order to obtain the discharge during the ice dam period, it has established related hydrograph of the observation station and the downriver stations and then calculates the discharge by cutting the water level, which has solved the surveying problems during the ice dam period.
