摘  要:目的研究白蔹的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从白蔹的乙酸乙酯萃取液中分离得到8个已知成分,分别鉴定为没食子酸(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、龙胆酸(3)、白藜芦醇(4)、大黄素(5)、羽扇豆醇(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论化合物2和3为从该植物中首次分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the compounds of the root of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb.) Makino. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts of the root of A. japonica (Thunb.)Makino. The structures were determined as gallic acid (1), protocatechuic acid (2), gentistic acid (3), reseveratrol (4), emodin (5), stigmasterol (6),β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8). Conclusions Compounds 2 and 3 are isolated from the A. japonica (Thunb.) Makino for the first time.
