摘　　要：目的建立地苦胆涂膜剂中盐酸巴马汀的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,用甲醇做溶剂超声提取,使用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-浓度为0.025 mol.L-1的磷酸缓冲溶液(PH)(体积比为50∶50)为流动相;检测波长为340 nm。结果方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.3%。结论HPLC法可以用于测定地苦胆涂膜剂中盐酸巴马汀的含量。Objective To establish the method of determination for the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Dikukan （traditional Chinese medicines）film. Methods Ultrasonic extraction was performed by using methanol as solvent, HPLC was used to determine palmatine hydrochloride in Dikudan film on C18 column. Using CH3OH- 0. 025 mol· L^-1 KH2PO4（ V： V = 50：50） as mobile phase, with detection at 340 nm. Resuits The linearity of this method was well. The average recoveries were 98.1% for palmatine hydrochloride. RSD were 1.3 %. Conclusions The method is rapid, accurate, of good reproducibility, and suitable for quality control of the drug.
