摘　　要：总结安徽省高等学校文献信息保障系统前期建设的经验及其中的不足,学习其他省市文献信息系统建设的经验,吸取各地、各系统在建设过程中得到的教训,提出新的措施,即:统一思想、统一认识,建立独立的文献网络,建设图书馆自动化集成管理系统,加强标准化建设,增强知识产权意识,加强队伍建设以及调动各高校图书馆的积极性,继续推进ALISA建设。This essay sums up the experl.＇ences and the deficiencies of the construction of the Academic Library and Information System of Anhui in early days, draws on the experiences and lessons of the fraternal provinces and municipalities in the construction of the systems of academic library and information, presents some new measures ： namely, unifying in thinking and ideology, constructing independent network of information resources respectively, building an automatic in- tegrated management system, right preservation, forming a the continuing construction of strengthening the construction of the standardization, fortifying the consciousness of copy- high- quality team and bringing the incentives of the librarians into full play so as to push ALISA forward.
