血清可溶性CD40配体和胎盘生长因子水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)和胎盘生长因子(PIGF)与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的相关性。方法静脉采血检测健康对照组(30名)及冠心病组(60例)血清sCD40L及PIGF水平,并将冠心病组上述指标血清水平与该组患者冠脉造影病变支数及Gensini冠脉病变积分进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,冠心病组血清sCD40L与PIGF水平明显升高[(16.72±3.16)ng/L和(6.35±1.16)ng/L,(42.35±4.16)pg/ml和(15.8±2.73)pg/ml,P<0.05];血清sCD40L(r1=0.62,r2=0.67,r3=0.75,P<0.05)与PIGF(r1=0.42,r2=0.53,r3=0.58,P<0.05)水平与冠脉病变支数均呈正相关。结论血清sCD40L与PIGF水平在冠心病患者中升高,可作为评估冠脉病变严重程度的指标。Objective To study the plasma level of soluble CD40 ligand （sCD40L） and placental growth factor（PIGF） in patients with coronary artery disease and the normal group,and the correlation between two indexes above and coronary lesion severity. Methods The plasma levels of sCD40L and PIGF were measured by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 60 patients with coronary heart disease and 30 normal controls, then we assessed the lesion severity of coronary artery with Gensini coronary scoring system and analysed the correlation between the plasma sCD40L,PIGF and coronary lesion sererity. Results The plasma sCD40L and PIGF levels in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that in the control group [ （16.72±3.16） ng/L vs （6.35±l.16）mg/L, （42.35±4.29）pg/ml vs （15.08±2.73）pg/ml,P〈0.05 ],a significant positive correla- tion were found between the plasma levels of sCD40L （r1 =0.62, r2=0.67, r3=0.75, P〈0.05 ）, PIGF （ r1=0.42, r2=0.53, r3=0.58,P〈0.05） and Gensini coronary scoring system. Conclusion The plasma level of sCD40L and PIGF were elevated in patients with coronary artery disease, and could assess the severity of coronary artery lesion.
