摘 要:目的探讨OGTT试验中血清visfatin浓度的变化趋势。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)分别测定正常对照组和初诊T_2DM组同步血清visfatin的浓度。结果2组血清visfatin浓度均有升高趋势,且正常对照组空腹和糖负荷180min血清visfa- tin浓度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。正常对照组与初诊T_2DM组各时点的血清visfatin浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在OGTT中正常对照组血清visfatin浓度高于初诊T_2DM组。结论血清visfatin可能参与糖尿病的发生发展。Objective To probe into the mutative trends of the serum visfatin concentrations in OGTT. Methods The serumvisfatin concentrations within control group and newly diagnosis T2 DM group were assayed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The serum visfatin concentrations of two groups both had an increase trend in OGTT, and fasting serum visfatin concentration was significantly different from the serum visfatin concentration at 180 minutes in control group (P〈0.05). Comparing the serum visfatin concentrations of control group with which of newly diagnosis T2 DM group at different ZTs had no statistical significance (P〉0.05), while the serum visfatin concentrations of the former was slightly higher than which of the latter at 180 miutes after glucose loading. Conclusion The serum visfatin might take part in the development of diabetes mellitus.
