摘　　要：目的探讨脑干出血破入脑室的微创治疗方案。方法应用脑室穿刺引流联合尿激酶脑室内灌注,液化脑室内积血并引流。结果50例患者基本痊愈10例,显著好转13例,好转16例,植物生存7例,死亡4例。结论应用脑室内穿刺微创治疗自发性脑室出血是行之有效的方法。Objective To explore minimally invasive surgical therapy for brain stem and ventricle hemorrhage due to serious hypertension. Methods Minimally invasive drainage and Urokinase injection were used, made ventricle liquefactive hemorrhage gradually. Results In 50 cases, 10 cases were recovery, 13 patients were good,16 patients had significant effect, 7 patients had no any improvements and 4 patients died. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical therapy for ventricle hemorrhage is a useful method for brain stem and ventricle hemorrhage.
