强胰降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强胰降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病气阴两虚、血瘀证患者的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例2型糖尿病气阴两虚、血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予强胰降糖胶囊,对照组给予金芪降糖片,观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为73.3%,对照组总有效率为56.7%,治疗组与对照组对比总疗效、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2HPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:强胰降糖胶囊能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的临床症状,调节糖脂代谢紊乱,治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症安全、有效。Objective：To observe the effect of Qiangyi Jiangtang Capsule（QYJTC） on the type 2 diabetes mellitus and complications of blood vessel and nerve system and to find the mechanisms of it＇ s function. Methods ：60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups randomly ： the treated group （ including 30 patients） and the controlled group （ including 30 patients）. The former was given QYJTC and the later was given Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet. The period of treatment was two weeks. Items such as clinical symptoms, blood glucose , HbAlc and level of blood fat ere examined before treatment and after treatment. Results ： After the treatment,the total effective rates of improving clinical symptoms：the treated group：73.3%, and the controlled group ：56.7% were significantly different, P 〈 0.05. ：After the treatment, the level of 2HPG and HbAlc of the patients in two groups was effectively reduced ,P 〈 0.05, and the changes of all the three items of blood glucose in the treated group are more obvious than that in the controlled group, P 〈 0. 05. After the treatment,the level of TC ,TG and LDL- C of the patient in two group was effectively reduced,P 〈 0. 05, and HDL-C improved,P 〈0.05 ,and the changes of all the four items of blood fat in the two groups have difference,P 〈0. 05. The total effective rates of adjusting blood fat of the two groups have significant difference, P 〈 0. 05 . Conclusion ： QYJTC can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, adjust the metabolism of blood glucose and blood fat. It is a safe, effective drug to type 2 diabetes mellitus and complications of blood vessel.
