高效液相色谱法测定山茱萸中齐墩果酸的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立山茱萸中齐墩果酸含量测定的方法。方法：高效液相色谱法，SHIM-PACK VP-ODS（250mm×4．6mm）色谱柱，甲醇-0．05mol／L乙酸铵溶液（84：16）为流动相，检测波长：210nm，柱温：30℃，流速：1mL／min。结果：在0．010～0．320mg／mL范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程为Y=1．3052×10^7×C＋2745．1552，r=0．9999，n=7，平均回收率为101．6％，RSD为1．45％。结论：HPLC法可使熊果酸和齐墩果酸达到基线分离，简便准确，可用于药材质量监控。Objective ：To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of oleanolic acid in Comus Officinalis Sieb. Et Zucc. Methods：The determination was carried out by HPLC on SHIM -PACK VP- ODS （250mm×4.6mm） as the analytical column and methanol -0.05mol/L ammonium acetate solution （84：16） as the mobile phase, detected at the UV wavelength of 215nm, the oven temperature of 30℃, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/mln. Results： The standard curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.01 - 0.32mg/mL with the regression equation Y = 1. 3052×10^7×C ＋ 2745. 1552 ,R =0. 9999 ,n =7. The average recovery was 101.6% with RSD = 1.45%. Conclusion：The method appeared to be simole, accurate and can be used to control the oualitv of Comus Officinalis Sieb. Et Zucc.
