滋阴平肝法及组方对LVH的逆转作用及改善胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴平肝法及组方逆转高血压左室肥厚(LVH)及改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法:60例辨证为阴虚阳亢、心气亏虚的高血压LVH病人随机分为治疗组(滋生青阳片)和对照组(卡托普利片),每组30例,疗程4个月。于治疗前后分别测空腹血糖(FBS)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C肽(FC-P),超声心动图:舒张期末期的室间隔厚度(IVST)、舒张期末期左室后壁厚度(PWT)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、计算左心室重量(LVM)、左心室重量指数(LVM)。结果:两组均能明显降低FINS、C-P,提高胰岛素敏感性指数(IAI),但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均能降低IVST、PWT、LVDd、LVM、LVMI,两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴平肝法及组方(滋生青阳片)改善胰岛素抵抗作用优于卡托普利片,二者逆转左室肥厚的作用相当。Objective ：To explore the action of Ziying Pinggan Fa and Zu Fang （Zisheng Qingyang Pill） for improving insulin resistance and reversing Left Ventricle Hypertrophy of Essential Hypertension. Methods ： There are 60 patients, whose Syndrome Differentiation typing（SDT） was the Yin -Deficiency and Yang-Hyperactivity, the Deficiency of heart - Qi with dizziness caused by wind accompanied cardiac hypertrophy （ essential hypertension left ventricle hypertro- phy）. The 60 patients are randomly divided into ZSQYPG and CapG, each group with 30 ones patients. 4months is one course of treatment. Pre -and post-therapy, the left ventricle structure assessed by echocardiography, and FBS, FINS, C -P,IAI in the blood are studied. Results ：After treating,left ventricle structure in treatment group and control group are marked desent（ P 〈 0.05）, the levels of FINS, C - P in treatment group are lower than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05）, but the IAI in treatment group is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The action of ZSQYP is better than Captophy of essential hypertension is alike.
