摘  要:针对毫米波开槽波导空间功率分配/合成器相对带宽较窄、输出功率小的缺点,提出了一种基于双圆弧T形结的四探针开槽波导空间功率分配/合成网络。该网络通过新型的双圆弧T形结,将两输出端分别与一个在波导宽边开槽使用四路探针实现四等分耦合的功率分配器连接,从而构成一个八路的功率分配网络。利用分配网络反过来镜像放置构成的合成网络,经过HFSS和CST高频仿真软件的仿真结果表明,该结构在30~40GHz的范围内其回波损耗小于-20dB,插入损耗大于-0.2dB,可见该功率分配合成网络具有宽频带、低插损、高功率输出的优点,且具有尺寸小、合成效率高和容易散热等特点。Resonant slotted-waveguide spatial power divider/combiner suffer from severe bandwidth limitations and small power output. In order to overcome this shortcoming, a novel structure for enhancing the bandwidth and output power of the slotted-waveguide spatial power combiner using waveguide-microstrip tetrad probes for Kaband is proposed. With the improved double- curve T-junction, each of the output ports of T-junction is connected by a four-way power divider which is structured by four probes at the symmetrical position of the waveguide's E- field midline to achieve the quartering of power. And then an eight-way power dividing network is formed, The power combiner is realized by a mirror placed power divider. This novel structure is simulated in HFSS and CST. Simulation results prove that the return loss is better than -20 dB and the insert loss is better than -0.2dB in the frequency range of 30GHz to 40GHz, which indicate that this structure provides not only a wide band, low insertion loss and high output power, but also a small size, a high power-combining efficiency and efficient heat sinking. The structure's feasibility can thus be validated.
