摘 要:通过变化"脱硅渣改性制取长效硅钾肥工艺"中影响硅钾肥缓释效果的各因素的水平,在水和柠檬酸溶液中分别测定酸性制得的硅钾肥中钾的溶出率。进而通过对实验数据做统计回归分析,并结合Trenkel提出的缓释肥标准,对改性后脱硅渣的缓释性进行了初步分析。结果表明,脱硅渣在各种实验条件下改性制得的硅钾肥均具有明显的缓释性;钾在水中的溶出率小于其在柠檬酸溶液中的溶出率。Through changing the level of each factor which influences the slow - release characteristics of silicon - potash fertilizer in "The technics of modifying desiliconized slags into slow - release silicon - potash fertihzer", the release rate of potassium in the modified silicon- potash fertihzer was determined in water and citric acid solution, respectively. And then by making statistical and regression analyses of experimental data, and considering the criterions of slow- release fertilizer put forward by Trenkel, a tentative analysis was made for the slow- releasing characteristics of this modified desiliconized slag. Results showed that the silicon- potash fertilizers that were modified under different experiment conditions all had obvious slow- releasing properties and the release rate of potassium in water is less than that in citric acid solution.
