摘　　要：刘兰林教授从血分论治痤疮经验,并举案例说明。对其病机有独辟蹊径,不外风、湿、热三端,抓住要点血分有热。临床证治以清热解毒、凉血活血贯穿始终,强调清其血热。同时,情志因素的影响不可忽视。临床上需灵活辨证,调整药物,辨血为主,全面兼顾。Prof. LIU Lan-lin treated acne from the treatment of Blood Aspect, and explained this by cases. The pathogenesis was the wind, moist, and fieber, its main point was fieber in blood aspect diseases. It was treated by heat-clearing and detoxicating, cooling the blood and promoting blood flow. The factor of sentiment shouldn＇t be ignored. Clinical treatment need differentiation of symptoms and signs, adjusting the drugs, and differentiation of blood to give consideration to two or more things.
