摘 要:牡丹是我国十大传统名花之一,栽培品种丰富。以山东省菏泽市332个牡丹品种为材料,通过对其22个数量及质量性状的调查研究,采用按花型分组的方案,选取5个总体取样比例及4个组内取样策略,共组成20种不同的取样策略进行比较,以获得最佳核心种质。研究表明:当总体取样比例由15%增至25%时,表型保留比例上升不明显,因此选择15%作为总体取样比例。组内最佳取样策略为S策略。在332个牡丹品种中选出50个,再加入10个优良性状突出品种和珍稀品种,最终构建的山东省牡丹核心种质的品种为60个。Tree peony, which is one of the famous flowers in China, owns the richness cultivars resources. In order to get the best core collection, the 20 kinds of different sampling strategy was compared, including one kind of Grouping principle, five kinds of overall sampling ratios and four kinds of sampling strategies from each group, using 332 varieties from the Shandong province, which are classified as 22 types based on agronomic and morphological characters. It was found that retained ratio of phenotypic retained was not have a notable increase when the overall sampling ratio creased from 15% to 25 % . It was showed that 15% was the optimal overall sampling ratios for the tree peony core collection of Shandong province. The optimal sampling strategy was the S strategy. There were 60 varieties of Tree peony core collection was set up including 50 varieties which was screened as core collection from 332 varieties of Tree peony and 10 varieties of rare materials or elite by hand.
