清热化湿复方对腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证肠道微生态影响的初步研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热化湿法对腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证肠道微生态的影响。方法用清热化湿复方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者21例,并对治疗前后肠道微生态的变化进行研究。结果①肠道细菌比例:与治疗前比较,脾胃湿热证治疗后肠道革兰阳性杆菌明显上升(P<0.01);革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌明显下降(P<0.01)。②肠道菌群密集度:与治疗前比较,脾胃湿热证治疗后肠道菌群密集度无明显上升(P>0.05)。③肠道菌群多样性:与治疗前比较,脾胃湿热证治疗后肠道菌群多样性无明显改变(P>0.05)。④需氧菌:与治疗前比较,脾胃湿热证治疗后肠杆菌、肠球菌明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。⑤厌氧菌:与治疗前比较,脾胃湿热证治疗后双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、消化球菌明显上升(P<0.01)。结论清热化湿复方对腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者肠道微生态失调可起一定的调整作用。Objective To study the effect of compound recipe of clearing dampness on microecology of diarrhea-predominate irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） dampness-heat syndrome. Methods 21 cases were treated by the compound recipe dissipating dampness, and the microecology was observed before and after treatment heat and dissipating with spleen-stomach of clearing heat and Results （1） bacteria proportion of intestine： G＋bacillus increased obviously, G＋coccus and G-bacillus decreased obviously after treatment; （2） the population density has no obvious change after treatment; （3） the population diversity has no obvious change after treatment; （4） enteric bacilli and enterococci were lower after treatment; （5）anaerobe bacteria of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and peptococcus are higher after treatment. Conclusion The compound recipe of clearing heat and dissipating dampness has some effect on diarrhea-predominate IBS with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome in the respect of adjusting micro dysbiosis.
