福建省三地市社区康复投入及普及力度的初步调查

摘　　要：目的了解不同的康复投入及普及力度对社区脑卒中患者康复的影响情况,为脑卒中患者制定合适的社区康复服务方案,完善社区康复工作体系提供依据。方法选择福建省福州、泉州、龙岩3个中等城市进行抽样调查。每个地市各抽取2个社区卫生服务中心进行调查。组织培训后进行自制量表调查,内容包括目前社区康复人员的基本情况、社区的康复设施、费用等。结果共调查3个地市6个社区卫生服务中心,康复部的面积、服务人群、人员和设施配置均尚未充分体现社区康复的内涵,但福州点各方面发展较好。结论康复意识仍需进一步普及和推广,人员的层次和水平也有待提高,可以通过各种技术培训等方式进行支持。传统康复方法的应用可能可以弥补设备欠缺的问题。Objective To learn about the impact of investment and popularizing level of rehabilitation medicine on the effect of community-based rehabilitation （CBR） in apoplexy cases. Methods 6 community health centers in 3 medium cities of Fujian province were investigated with self-made questionnaire, which included the items of general condition, facilities and fees, etc. Results The contents of CBR haven＇t fully embodied on area, service coverage, staff and facilities of Rehabilitation department. Conclusion The sense of rehabilitation medicine needs for further popularization and promotion. Various training may enhance the professional level of the staff. The deficiency of facilities may be offset by the application of traditional therapies.
