摘  要:甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)生产中产生多股性质各异的工业废水,氢化水为其中之一。针对氢化水中污染物组分复杂、性质稳定的特点,采用微电解-Fenton试剂催化氧化组合工艺对废水进行处理研究,探讨处理过程中各种反应条件和工艺参数对处理效果的影响。微电解条件在m(Fe):m(C)=7:1,pH值为5.0、停留时间为90min、出水混凝pH值为9.5时,对COD、苯胺类化合物等污染物去除率最高;后续处理采用Fenton试剂催化氧化,当pH值为6,Fe2+的投加量为0.78g/L,m(FeSO4):V(H2O2)=1:8g/mL、停留时间90min效果最好。经处理出水各项污染物指标均达到GB8987-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。There're several different kinds of wastewater when TDI is produced, and the wastewater from the process that dinitrotoluene is reverted to toluene is one of them. It has the characteristics of complicated components and stable property. This paper introduced catalytic oxidation process of micro-electrolysis and Fenton, and discussed the different reaction conditions and intluent parameters. When the parameters of micro-electrolysis m(Fe):m(c) was 7:1, pH was 5.0, reaction time was 90 min, and the coagulation pH was 9.5, the removal of COD and aniiine was the best. The subsequent procedure used the reagent Fenton, when the pH was 6.0, the quantities of Fe^2+ was 0.78g/L, m(FeSO4):V(H2O2) was 1:8 g/mL, reaction time was 90 min, the removal of COD and aniline was the best. After the treatment, all indexes of the water can achieved grade I of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
