活血降脂方治疗高脂血症瘀血阻滞证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血降脂方治疗高脂血症瘀血阻滞证的临床疗效。方法128例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组68例予活血降脂方,对照组60例予血脂康胶囊。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,观察治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率89.7%,对照组总有效率72.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组TC、TG及对照组TC治疗后均明显降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论活血降脂方对高脂血症瘀血阻滞证有较好疗效。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Jiangzhi fang on hyperlipidemia with blood stasis.Methods 128 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group（administration of Huoxue Jiangzhi fang,n=68） and control group（administration of Xue zhi Kang Capsule group,n=60）.The therapeutic course was one month in two groups.Observing the changes of two groups on serum levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 72.7% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.TC and TG in treatment group and TC in control group were significantly decreased after treatment.There were significant difference between after treatment and before treatment in both groups（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huoxue Jiangzhi fang was effective on hyperlipidemia with blood stasis.
